- Orders will be shipped within 24hrs of payment (weekends and Bank Holidays excluded).
- Delivery will normally be expected within 24-48 hrs from shipment.
- If you have not received your package within 3 working days, please contact us so that we may resolve any challenges.
- Royal Mail First Class for orders less than £50.
- Royal Mail First Class Recorded for orders over £50.
- Courier (Amtrak / D.H.L) for ALL parcels over 2kg.
Please let us know if there is any way we can make your delivery more effective eg:
- Sending to a work address.
- Leaving the parcel somewhere safe on your premises.
